Can you use points outside of the incremental levels?
You can only redeem your points at the set amounts of 500, 1,000, and 1,500 points.
How long do your rewards last?
All reward points will expire after 12 months, from the date the rewards are issued, if unused.
What happens when I make a return or cancel an order when I used my points?
The points acquired in the purchase will be reverted back to the previous amount you had in your account.
Can I use my points in stores?
No. You can only gain and redeem your reward points on KarenKane.com.
